Why does it take so long to recieve NCoins

It has been 4 hours I still did not receive my Ncoins

It took me almost a day to receive mine...but surely, they will come :)

well for me personally and my girlfriends account this is almost instantaneous. Charge from web and go back in-game and ncoins are there.

First time ncoin purchases on an account takes about a day to process. After that first purchase any other one is instantaneous on that same account.

That's not true, i've charged ncoin on my acc like 7 times now, last time i charged ncoin it took almost 1 day to arrive, and more 24hours to let me use it.

That using the same credit card as always, same payment method.

If you do it through the f10 window it can take forever to go through. I tried that once and it took hours to get my Ncoin. But if I go on the website and buy it right from there pretty much with in 2-3 minutes of me ordering it I can alt+tab back to the game and it's there.

I tried buying from the website and it's stuck at "Procesing your request". This is my first time purchasing Ncoins but it has been like 1 hour and nothing happens and I just wanted to know if this is normal or what. . .

If i buy something, i pay immediately, so i want what i bought immediately. worst NC policy.
