Error : Hongmoon Store -Not receiving purchased items from shop

Maybe your receive box is full. Try taking some items out and see if the ornaments pop up.

Hey. I bought 3 X Honorary Ornament with Hongmoon coins. It shows in purchase history that i purchased them, but I haven't received them. What's going on? I bought before with Hongmoon coins from shop, so this isn't the first time i do it, i know where i should get the item i bought.

I gave coins for those ornaments and now I'm with less coins and no Honorary ornaments......

if you have over 12 pages of items packed in that little inventory they appear in you need unpack  a bunch of stuff.. I only pull stuff out as I need it so I have 20+ pages of stuff in that inventory and constantly have to unpack stuff when i see items aren't showing up anymore.
