Help with game crush. SystemErr 1000 NetworkErr 132 WSALastErr 15,100

Hi everyone,

 

I am dealing with a constant crash in the game. Every time a enter a dungeon through cross-server dungeon I obtain this meassge. SystemErr 1000 NetworkErr 132 WSALastErr 15,100 . Appsrently I am not he only one with this problema. I check the computer requirements and I am above recommended and my internet is good, beacuse my televisión works with internet and I have no probelm with it. Also it seems that NCSOFT doesn't care beacuse this problema has existed for a long time, but now is merely imposible for me to play the game. Has anyone found any solution for this problem? I already tried a few things like disable the fiewall or the Krazer (which I don't kbow what is, but I followed a YouTube tutorial).

 

One more question.How can I complain about this to NCSOFT?

I'm experiencing the same issues and I honestly just gave up for now, I tried contacting support but they can't even fix it. lol

Just ran into this problem.. crashed 3 times while dungeoning. Hopefully they can fix this problem soon.

hm, a question what kind of router?

if its an AVM FritzBox 7490 then dont use software 6.80 this has a problem with the firewall same i think is with the 7580 to

if its the 7390 then dont use labversion

i have the same problem i can do dungeons...the worst is that i cant finish de daily challenge

now i cant play; no dialys no dungeons....dont now how to fix this

I have the same problem and i tried to set my setting's to low an now the game is very slow,

I am also having the same problems and everytime I open a ticket. Support tells me the same run around. This makes the game unplayable...............
