Unable to update.

Since I decided I wanted to PvP, I was slapped with this annoying update bug.

 

 

Anyone have any idea on how to fix it? I even tried uninstalling and this came up again.

My Boyfriend and me had the same thing, just confirm this and restart, coz it updates in parts and shows always, that start from 0. 

i got this message at 20%, 45% and 65%. Sometimes repair client just for safety ;)

I got that error earlier too. What I did was close the launcher, make sure it's stopped completely in task manager. Then restart the launcher and try again.

Sorry, but this doesn't apply to me. The support link is not helpful at all, as I have reinstalled about 3 times now. From the site's download.

I have the same issue.  I followed supports suggestions and nothing.  I even changed my DNS settings to google's and nothing.  I tried VPN client, disabled firewall, antivirus, uninstalled/installed the game and sadly still nothing.  Been at this for a couple of hours that I gave up and uninstalled the game.  Been playing this game since beta and took a break for a couple of months.  Sadly I uninstalled it for good right now since nothing I try is fixing the issue.  Maybe in a couple of months I "may" give the game another chance or not.  MMO 101, make a client that patches with no issues.  If the subs can't log in and they get frustrated you just lost some revenue.

Google and youtube are your best friend in this situation. (support just make you lost time)

I think is this error i get a fix log time ago in Aion forum funny how Aion have fix for this and BS no :)
