bundle and outfit stamps not in mailbox

I bought the anniversary bundle and 3 outfit stamps from the hongmoon store, but neither of them are showing up in my mailbox.

i'd like to transfer an accessory to one of my characters so I could delete the current character i have. It would be nice if the outfit stamps would actually show up though. I'd also like to enjoy the anniversary bundle like everyone else is TT

If you have 100+ items in your reward/purchase inbox, new items don't show. Check if your reward box is full, then unpack and claim enough items for the bought ones to show.
