so is full legandary soul shilds is the best for pve now ?
i can like 5 legandary/ 3ebon    or 5legandary/ 3oblivion or the 5ebon/3 oblivion ?
if one of them are the best what is the exacts numbers of each souls ?
what is the normal stats for 650 ap sin ( iam 607 ap atm) to know what to fuse
stats like crit -crit damge - Pierce - acc  and so on
