As we near the end of the year the Blade & Soul Team, and everyone here at NCSOFT, would like to wish everyone a safe and happy holiday season. Like our players, who we hope will be enjoying their time with their loved ones, we will also be enjoying the holidays with our own families.

 

With this in mind, we wanted to update you on our schedule for the rest of the year:

• Pick up your winter costumes before they’re gone!
• Participate in our winter festivities: Frozen Firing Range, Merchant of Wonders, Holiday Gift Bundle, and more!
• Routine server maintenance will occur on December 28, 2016.

 

Our Customer Support services will still be available and answering tickets throughout the holidays (although response times may be a bit slower).
