hows the spawn rate for merchant for u guyz

Another day without merchant. I used to see the guy 4 times a day now I don't see him at all!

I'm getting really freaking upset here I just want my event costume!

I decided to use all my resets and did 22 runs of Cold Storage and Mandate and didn't see a single merchant. It appears the drop rate of them showing up this time has been dramatically reduced from the last time.

I wish someone acknowledge this or at least told us if they reduced his appearance, because this is getting upset.. this is the only reason i do dungeons that aren't dailies but he hasnt been showing at all...

Well, you really aren't missing much. All I've seen from him the last 30 times he's spawned, some exp charms and a couple Lunar plants. Crap event is still crap.
