Why is it that for some people, the game is more graphic?

Sometimes I'll see videos on youtube, and their game looks more graphic than mine does.  Also, their characters seem to move differently than mine does.  More smoothly, and seem to defy gravity sometimes.  Like they can float and move quickly.  It's hard to explain.

I think they have either the 64bit-client (KR) or have all grafic settings on maximum.
