Merchent actually coded in?

I've seen him 4 times since event started, from all the dailies and also quite a few resets of CS and Mandate. In those 4 times, there was just the same loot in the first 2, and the same loot in the last 2. In two cases I bought an experience charm, in the other two I bought a lunar twilight plant (plant, not flower), which I guess says enough about how good the loot was, lol. No more resets for me.

Randomly got him twice in a row, both times he had crap, I bought Mountains Dew x1 and a Lunar Plant x1... REALLY good rewards for this event so far. /end sarcasm

Got him twice in 4 runs today (at Sogun's Lament and HM). He offered decent items. I bought honorary ornament (80 s) and lunar twilight flower (2 G). No 'bad' merchant so far.

As of today's updated survey on reddit for his spawn rate, it's roughly 16%. His confirmed loot table is also still unimpressive considering it's supposed to be the season of giving. Sucky event remains sucky.

If it makes anyone feel better I've kept track of all the runs where he could and when he did spawn and his rate is about 4% for me. Idm him not spawning, but i really want the Holly jolly outfit that seems to be rng kept behind him since its not in the store. ;;

The cat outfit and the holy jolly hat are the only high value items i have gotten so far. Someone had the full outfit set but I can only imagine his luck / amount of runs he's done to get it.

4/16 ColdStorage , 0/20 HM... I give up... Funny part is, We get Merchants before on some regular month/day with better spawn rate and stuff, and then we get A special On Christmas with complete garbage rate.... Yes ''Fun Christmas all''...

That's really unlucky. D: Just saw him once in Gloom and once in Desolate Tomb. Both times he offered only something like 3-5 soulstones or exp charm.

I've decided that they took the merchant out of the game.
I have not seen him once in the past 3 days and I play 4 different characters. Since the event started I've only seen him a grand total of 3 times (with crap loot) using resets. Last time we had this event, I would see him at least more than twice a day doing the same exact dailies.

We've been gypped. Merry Christmas.

Did a couple of CS, Mandate, Necro, and Gloom -- totaled up about 15 runs. Got him in Gloom 4men (once).

I got the honorary ornament bundle twice already and even though I only wanted the costume I'm happy lol.

I have only saw the merchant twice; it discouraged me to run the dungeons that offered it. Once a day is enough, especially if the merchant didn't want to spawn that day, or the day before that, etc..
