About soul if i understand correctly.

I have to salvage it n ncsoft will give me new soul free?

We get legendary belt and a legendary soul. you salvage ur current soul and you get the upgrade materials u used back, then you can start from scratch to upgrade the new one u get from salvaging.

Another thing i read is about legendaries chest with neck ring....does that mean that ppl will sell them in market?i mean draken necklace etc.
