Legendary SS in Character Information

First, i wanna say sorry if my english too bad :)

I just want to ask if legendary SS got bug or somewhat ?
because when i see my personal info (P button), the stat is different when other people see my character information or when i use F2
thats happen in my character only or other people got it too ??

and when NCSoft will fix it ?? (maybe you have some info)

Its a standard bug that comes every time there is a new gear item. Cant imagine bns without it anymore
