This game only uses 2 cores and is 32 bit so even if you were to get the GTX 1080. There would be no difference. The 64 bit client is out in KR. You will see a performance increase once that gets released here.

zomg, i can't wait for that >.<

not so much a 64 bit client will just change youre ram load.
You also need a good cpu and not only a good gpu for nearly all mmorpgs out there.

There's no increase in performance.... is this game just poorly optimized? in FFXIV and other games my performance skyrocketed

True, what you can do now, however, is still an improvement: Disable the normal in game AA and use 2x Sparse Grid Supersampling for visual glory!  With a Titan can even do 4x without noticeable performance loss. And stuff looks really yummy then. :>

1. Download Nvidia Profile Inspector: http://www.guru3d.com/files-details/nvidia-inspector-download.html

2. Download and Import this Profile to NVInspector: http://s000.tinyupload.com/?file_id=62385241159544221444

3. Choose "Add application to current profile"
4. Select the CLIENT.EXE file from your BnS folder, make sure to choose "Application Absolute Path" in the option on the bottom right.

5. Click "Apply Changes"

You can find more info i. e. here:

So you see you did´t make the worst investment to enhance your BnS experience. :)

I recently Upgrade to a EVGA GTX 1080 sc + new 4k screen 28" and oc'ed my CPU too 4.5 GHz. ( bns is able to go for UHD ingame. Never thought it is possible  for bns :D  )

All Graphic settings max in every Dungeon without ctrl+f 60-90 fps. MSP: Texture 5 character visibility 5 and objective visibility 5 others on 1 without ctrl+f 60-90 fps.

Dont think i Upgraded for bns xD isnt worth it the money just for this mmoprg. But i had a zotac 770 GTX and no oc on my i7 5820k. The Upgrade improved the Performance immense.  Just try to oc your CPU about 4.2-4.5 too see Performance rising in this game with a high end GPU.

Gl and hf. And dont waste so much Money like i did just for bns. GTX 980 and 4.0 ghz CPU is more than enough for this Game.

I did it for other Games like Watch Dogs 2 battlefield1... and the Future xD
