Mother of SSP gamecrash, Absolutely horrible now worse than before

Before the update it was no big deal losing a couple hundred prestige points now and then due to game crashing only because it only happened rarely, now after the update there's 3x as many people doing SSP on Saturday/Sunday and the game crashing is getting insane. Its like a reoccurring "event" now and not the good kind. I lost 974 prestige points when i walked up the the merchant to turn it in for contribution points and the game crashed, like come on... wasn't my fault i couldn't turn it in. Would've been at 1st Lieutenant by last week if i didn't lose 2k prestige points since the update and probably estimate 8k since the launch. Considering how I'm at 39,823/46,200, and yes getting the current max faction rank doesn't have a meaning but it's sure a nice feeling when you complete it so you don't have to go back to SSP with the problems its got there.

 

Can't be that hard to have it where if the game crashes on you it automatically exchanges your prestige points for you...
