I am using a dynamic IP address since Oct 4 but this is the only time that I encountered this kind of error, is there any way to troubleshoot this error without changing my IP address to Static? my online life is ruined since this morning that this error showed up. please I really wanna play so bad.

This is so unfiar, I hope that they could give us any compensation for this error, we've been out of place for halloween event because of this error.
