Something wrong with my launcher

I barely install Blade and Soul done, launch it, sign in and play but after that it just popout the title for the game and  NCSoft/game launcher, so I waited to play it for a hour like so. I try uninstalling and re-installing and its still the same thing happens.http://prnt.sc/d0r75q
