Does gear affect you in arena? Like if someone has 100k+ health will he have 100k+ health in arena too?

No. Arena is gear equalized. Some classes have more hp than others tho.

To be exact, 1v1 and 3v3 are gear equalized and only differ in skills / skill points depending on player level. 6v6 is _not_ gear equalized, and sometimes here in the forums there's a little confusion about if 6v6 is OWPvP or arena. But in the game it's easy: Everything in F9 is gear equalized, PvP on main or cross (F8) server is not. :)
