How does this make sense...

Taiwan server I can run 20 FPS and on average 350 Ping and the game runs smooth as hell with only a few minor hiccups.

 

I come back to the NA server FPS drops to 5-6 and ping sits about 280 and the game freezes for 15 seconds at a time every few minutes resulting in massive amounts of death cause you might be frozen and unable to do jack but the other people can still wail on you with no resistance.

 

I don't get it.. I don't get how the game runs better on a server from across the bloody ocean then a server only a few states away!
