I got someone saying "Spirits Rest" and another claiming it was in the dungeon "wait room" before you enter dungeons. Still nothing. Anyone know where he ACTUALLY is?

the event is pointless for anyone below level 40 in my opinion. getting 1 candy a day (at level 28) is bullshit
