My Hongmoon Feather for my premium membership purchase isn't working properly. The red eye shows in previews but on the real field it stops working. Was wondering if you could look into that NCSOFT. Thanks ^_^. I love the aesthetic of that item, especially the red eye. And it hasn't been functioning for some months now.''
