Arena ping increases after first round

I am not sure if this is a bug, but arena ping will always increase after the first round. It will carries on to the next match even, making it hard for me to play. No matter how I exit and re-enter the arena the issue persists. My ping is not perfect in the first place, the ping increase makes it impossible to play. Whenever I try to do something "this action cannot be performed" keeps popping up because my opponent already moved away and is stunning me, just that it does not register on my game client.

 

Please investigate and escalate the issue if it is indeed a bug. Thank you.
