Transfer outfits.

I have an outfit in a character i want to delete and give it to a character i want to create. DO i have to spend 12 outfit ticket to transfer it to another character and from then transfer it to the new character or is there some other way to go around it.

Unless you can create the new character and transfer it for 6 tickets, no, you'll have to spend those 12 tickets.

What are the names that pop out when i try to mail my outfit. does it not require outfit delivery stamps for players in the same server?

Buy a character slot. Create your new character there, and transfer the outfit for 6 tickets.

 

In a long run, it always helps when you have more characters :D
