unable to login/start launcher

hello there, since about 5 hours now i have been unable to login to the game, or even make the launcher start at times 

 

it is not even asking for password, except very rarely but even then, it fails to login after taking a very long time to even do so 

 

most often this happens

i have tried flushing dns, using a different computer, from another person's house on a different ISP than mine, and same thing happens so i do believe it's something more annoying, like a general server issue with random people/country maybe? 

 

either way , any help would be appreciated

same problem here got disconected yesterday afternoon and now after 14h cant log back in

after i woke up today game worked without any issue, then, 30 mins or so ago "you have been disconnected" 

 

now same problem again , unable to start launcher, same error window same everything 

 

 

and it would actually be nice if someone told and explained why it is that 1 time i try starting the launcher, it fails with that error , same 2nd same nth , then one of 20 or so it actually starts and asks for password, then proceeds to fail with error 42 ...

anyone ?

 

 

can someone at nc hq in texas or wherever the login servers are , which are at fault here, actually go fkin feed the hamsters, please?!

this has been happening for months ...it just suddenly kicks you and you get errors at launcher startup or at login

they keep blaming isp routing but guess what when half your *cricket*ing eu playerbase has routing issue maybe its time to *cricket*ing change where the route is supposed to arrive and fix your shit cause for me and I'm guessing most ppl any other game that's hosted in *Frankfurt* doesn't have loging issues and ping that fluctuates between 30-150 during the day

i change nothing on my system, now it works , now it doesnt it's a fokin coinflip 

 

i sit here spam opening the launcher, and here's how it goes  : error....error....error.....works ,fails login ...error....works! login works!  gets in game and says game is in maintanance mode, wtf? 

 

error ....works....launchers starts , ....."checking for updates" ...."errorrrr mhahahahahahhahahahahaha "

apparently other peple that are experiencing this exact same issue, down to the exact time it starts happening "18.00 server time for EU " as yesterday, are from romania, me included 

 

for the love of GOD , can we get someone to fix this? 

 

making a ticket, after spamming forum login to MAKE the godamned ticket, 100+ times, because uh oh, the forum is as obnoxious to login as the game is ( same exact problem ) and then waitting what?  2 weeks for a reply by which time the problem might or might not still be here?  how much more troll can you get nc?

Hey there again, waiting for fix same problem as the guy above, same downtime errors etc. i do have a ticket they stopped answering this morning cause they have no idea what else to make me try cus i tried everything :( waiting for a fix P.S. i want compensation after this is fixed em stronk and can farm 1kgold easily/day ^^ (10k gold ples)

So, I'm not the only one having issues with the game today, don't think customer support can help me as the game just vanishes off my screen and when i try to open it back up it says that the client is currently running so i press Ctrl+Alt+Delete and open my task manager to find that there is nothing connected to BnS or Gameguard running.
