Why are you able to leave party after bidding??

Who came up with this idea that after you make a bid on an item, you can immediately leave party?? So sick of complete a-holes making some insanely high bid then immediately leave party just to troll everyone else. In a party of 6 there's no way all 5 people can press "pass" within 1 second of the troll making a bid, so doing something like this pretty much has no risk at all. Most of the time it's because they're sour they didn't get the item they want so they ruin it for everyone else.

Put AT LEAST a 10-sec timer after you bid where you can't leave party, problem solved. I can't believe this wasn't implemented at launch. You can't force-shut the client that fast so this will make those stupid trolls think twice about pulling something like this again.

No it doesn't, it will say "bid failed" then skip to next item.

This usually happen is everyone has passed but I notice that from time to time is like you said (no idea why).

There are 3 options :

1. Someone won the bid, the winner bid is divided between the others

2. All pass, the item is sold for npc buy price, all get some small amount of money

3. Top bidder leave, the auction start again at the end

If not this happening, its bugged or nc changed it.

Yes, and the "failed" item gets moved to the back of the line, so it goes to the next item and the rest of the list, and when all the items have been gone through, it goes back to the skipped item for a second round of biding.

It also does this if the original winner could not collect the item due to a full inventory.
