Master crit primer vs Twisted 8?

Which is better for fusing, Master or Twisted 8? I saw an unid master that only had 296 crit and the twisted 8 I have in bank is 350 or something. Also, is ebon#8 even stronger to help fuse these over 300 values on the #6/7/8 ebon ss? Any insights welcome, Thanks!

Just use tomb 8 or ebon 8 (depends on what you wanna max.). Both got max. 415 crit which is enough to max. them. Even better would be challanger but getting them is way harder than tomb/ebon. Btw. ebon cant be fused over 300. The fuse values are the same as tomb shields. Legendary shield will have much higher values.

the question there is also the range between min and max fuse. 

crafted ss have just a little range, wehere other ss have a range between 100-150.
