Dagger appearances through different paths

I can't say after Awakened Infernal dagger since I'm not that high yet, but...

 

the first dagger you get is the practice dagger, which you can sell of for some quick coin after windstriding for the first time, then you get the Hongmoon dagger, which looks like the tip was cut off, then you evolve it to Awakened/True blighted, which looks like an ugly chuck of metal strapped to your back, then evolve it into the Awakened Infernal, which besides the loop at the end looks oddly similar to the practice dagger!

 

So what's next, a different coloration of the Hongmoon dagger!?

the look will keep on changing as you level up. Don't worry. They get better with look :)

It's better to just buy a stalker dagger off market and alter your main weapon with it. The stalker dagger looks way better than the defaults.
