Cannot submit a support ticket?

First of all, my apology if i post this in the wrong sub-forum but I dont know where else. I would like to ask if anyone else also having issue submitting a support ticket? Whenever I click on "Submit a ticket", the page will just redirect me back to my account settings page. Even clicking on "My Tickets" will send me back to my account settings page. Did I do something wrong? What am I missing?

I'm really sorry to hear that you were unable to contact our Support Team.

 

I just tried from here and was able to submit a ticket. Can you try with this direct link: https://support.bladeandsoul.com/hc/en-us/requests/new  ? And if you still have issue, do you mind trying with another web browser?

Hi Youmukon, I tried this on my PC (Windows) and my Laptop (Linux) on both Chrome and Firefox and the results are the same.  Is there any possible solution?

In last resort you can reach out to Support by sending an email to support@bladeandsoul.com, this will automatically create a ticket as well.

If anyone else has trouble to submit tickets, please let me know in this thread as well, thank you!

This is an issue some get after changing email on account. I have same issue on this account but not on secondary accounts.

Sending an email to the support system does not do anything.

I have been trying to contact the support team for 1 week now with the same problem. The replies you post on the responses are unable to reach the support team...

 

I have had this problem for 2 years now, I am totally unable to post tickets at all!
