I would like to ask if anyone else also having issue submitting a support ticket? Whenever I click on "Submit a ticket", the page will just redirect me back to my account settings page. Even clicking on "My Tickets" will send me back to my account settings page. Did I do something wrong? What am I missing? Thanks in advance. I just tried from here and was able to submit a ticket. Can you try with this direct link: https://support.bladeandsoul.com/hc/en-us/requests/new ? I have been trying to contact the support team for 1 week now with the same problem. The replies you post on the responses are unable to reach the support team...
