Unsealing Charm Crafting Bug

I had already sent in a ticket for this. I didn't find any thread relating to this bug so figure I'll create one to see if anyone else has the same problem or if its already a known issue. 

 

The thing is, when crafting Unsealing Charms in The Earthseers, I am getting less than the amount I'm suppose to be crafting.

 

For 5 Unsealing Charms, instead I can only craft 3,

for 10 i get 7, for 20 i get 15 and for supposedly 40 i get only 30... You get the idea.

 

Its not that big of an issue, but do feel like I'm being shortchange with the amount of materials i put into crafting it.

My friend and I both have the same problem. Anyone else have this same bug? Did you already submit ticket and had it fixed?

The amount they displayed is outdated. It used to cost premium refiner to cast these charms. After some updates, only normal bowls are needed to craft them, so the amount crafted is less, but for some reason they did not update the amount displayed on the menu.

Only the name of the craft was not updated.

If you read the description it will tell you how many charms you will actually craft now.

Crafting them is so much cheaper now.

The only thing thats worse is that you need more time to craft lots of charms.

This issue has been solved and fixed by the NCSoft Support Team.

 

Its been 6 months since I last played the game, only started again recently, so I got confused by the crafting amount and description error.
