Merry Potters moonwater bug

Hi

 

Today, i farmed for the recipe in brightstone ruins. It dropped, i rightclicked it and accepted it like a normal Quest. Then it vanished and i still cant craft the premium pink bottle. I am lvl 3, i restarted the game bug still, it doesnt work.

 

What can i do? I am so damn mad right now, because i was farming for 2 hours and puff, efforts vanished, time wasted.

Other people in the past had also this issue. The best is to send a ticket to the support.
