I'm not seen in the lobby

Well the title says it all, no player can see me in the dungeon/arena lobby o.0 I've had this issue ever since I changed the appearance of my character.  I asked all the clan members and even randoms that come with me, I can't be seen by them. Meanwhile a friend of mine changed his appearance 3 times and was still visible. Now he even switched to Gon and is still visible.
