Flawless Brilliant Hongmoon Heptagonal Ruby mailing fee

I want to transmute this gem, but I don't want to do it if the mailing fee is as expensive as the Flawless Sparkling Hexagonal Ruby (5g).

 

Since I play with 3-4 alts, I prefer to have 1 gem each than this gem on only one (in case mailing its expensive), but if the fee is some copper as all the other Bound to Account gems, then it will be worth to transmute it, so I can keep mailing it between my alts.

 

Can someone with this gem tell me the mailing fee?

 

 

I don't understand why the ruby is the only gem with such high fee, even the aquamarine it's only some copper, hope NCsoft can change this.

To be honest I feel that any item's that can be mailed to character's on the same account should not inccur a charge or fee for of any kind. To other player's sure.
