Error E02018, need help! c:

For the last 3-4 days I've had this error whilst trying to patch my launcher. 

I formatted my computer so had to redownload the game but when I got to patching this error just kept appearing.

I've contacted support and they have been giving different possible fixes but none seem to work

 

So far I have tried:

Using a VPN

Resetting Winsock

Uninstalling/reinstalling the game

Restarting my router

Changing to Google public DNS (Didnt work so I changed it back)

Disabling firewall

Disabling Windows defender

Making exceptions in my antivirus for the folders

Disabling startup programs

Clearing DNS Cache

 

I was wondering if there is anybody out there who has any other fix for me to try.
