"If you want to unlink your authenticator but no longer have access to your mobile device and do not have the CODE, you can now unlink your authenticator without having to contact support. To do this, please follow the steps found HERE" https://support.bladeandsoul.com/hc/en-us/articles/207270566-Two-Step-Verification-OTP-Authentication-Setting-Up HOWEVER The "HERE" link says: "4. If you no longer have your verification code and need your 2FA removed, you will need to contact Support. To do so, click the Submit a Ticket button and select the Login/Password Issue from the list.
