need soulshied /bopae guide for whirlwind battleground

Hello everyone,

 

I'd be very grateful if anyone could explain (in detail) which bopaes one should go for when pvp-ing in group (whirlwind especially). I hear people talk about crit defense soulshields but i have no idea how to build one: which soulshields do i need to get, which number (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, or 8)  from which bopae, & what are the bopaes i need to combine, then which soulshields do i need to fuse them with in order to increase my crit defense & other required stats ?
