Merry Potters Uniform

I have a toon with Merry Potters and i like the hat from the uniform but i dont like it in the toon that has Merry Potters can somebody tell me if the hat can me mailed to another toon from my same account like the bound to account items?

They are character bound so no it cannot. Only way is to get Merry Potter and other needed guilds on your other character to make it there.

It took me two weeks to max the crafters and gather all the drops for the Soul Warden uni.,

I got my MP "Potter" and RR "Spectacles" during the exp event when we got bonus exp on crafting... it was still a hell to pick up all the needed crafting, buy the silverfrost recipe, then give up and level the other needed... (But the feeling of achievement is great!)

If you can afford spending money on it, you can check the marketplace 'cause when the needed item proc's, the proc'd variant becomes tradeable. So you might find mats on the marketplace, just... kinda expensive,
