The Game Keeps Closing/Crashing On Teleport

I played this morning for about 5 hours and when I went to teleport to Hogshead Hamlet the game just up and closed. It's been doing this for the past two weeks on and off when I teleport. It was happening a lot in the dungeon match lobby. I see they made a patch note that they addressed that issue, but I'm having it in regards to teleporting anywhere. Is this normal ;x

I also have this troubles since 2 weeks. In the past, i could teleport and go dungeon lobby without any disconnects. Now i get everytime a disconnect...

 

 

pls NCSOFT, solve the problem :(
