Sin PVP

Hey there, It's my first time that  I get a SIN at higher levels, currently I'm 39 lvl with the SIN and also I have a KFM so, my cuestion Is, when Its a good Idea to enter  to the pvp, how can I learn better the mechanics of the SIN in the pvp. I played some times and seems really difficult because SF, FM and  BM just destroyed my Stealth. I need some help. (Sorry for my english)

I main a sin and before my sin I was maining a kfm..

 

I don't remember when you're getting your smoke screen skill or fighting spirit..

but there are several skills that are a must if you wanna be really good sin in pvp:

 

bolt strike, cyclone sweep, spinal tap, lightning rod or rend or however it's called (your number 4 skill when in stealth), venom swarm to block defensive skills

land mind and close shave ^_^

 

watch some videos on youtube of sins in pvp, you will understand the combos better and how you can play with each skill

the main goal on a sin is to constantly stun the target till it dies ^_^

with some classes it's bit more tricky if they're skilled like blade dancer or destroyer...

some blade masters also bit annoying or bit lots depends if they can use their hm skill or not...

 

in order to be really good with your sin you should work on unlocking your hongmoon skills so you can kick ass out of stealth as well :P but that's mainly for pve ;)

since I'm not sure which level is each of the skills I mentioned, you will know when it's best for you to go try the arena, you should have all these skills unlocked as well as your tab for shadow kick so you can go back into stealth on a poisoned target :P

Hey again xD. yeah I have watched two youtubers that main a SIN , they're pretty good and yeah i know the combos but the Opponent always get me out of stealth, yesterday I played 1 1vs1 and I almost win but again, they're getting me out of stealth  and it's really difficult to  hit them with the spinal tap. thanks for the tips !, I'm watting for the new patch to see what happen next, specially with SINS and KFMS :D

you can watch this dude's guides bout sin as well as dungeon guides to help you with sin decisions :P

I have few other sin channels but I like this dude most coz his guides very thorough and he explains every move as well as possible moves if the party's dps too slow or if you mess up your combo in pvp :)

 

put 3 points on spinal tap so you stay in stealth lol

being kfm and sin is always to anticipate your opponent's moves not rush into it all the time even thou if you let your opponent decide the pace you wanna go on with the pvp you might end up f*cked up really bad XD

 

with me I always starts with shuriken unless the opponent buffs himself with resist skill or block ... then it's stealth either with V or X (better start with X so you won't waste your buff lol)

 

you need be really fast with Q E and decoy, sometimes C helps too (I have it spec for stun most the time, depends which class I'm vs) but if you really wanna become better and stay in stealth you need time your E and Q and SS so you will keep yourself in stealth.

 

I know it's easy to say it but you just need practice either with friends (spar) or sit in arena all day and "train" vs actual players, it's the only way lol

+you can always do what a kfm youtuber offered in their guide.. if you kept your training weapon from back when you were lv1 and didn't throw them away like I did with most of my toons... you can practice on pigs or other mobs..

if your ping is bad then it's best say byebye to sin and kfm D:

 

I had connectivity problems about a year ago and tried play with my kfm... just killing mobs outside some village...

could barely manage do half of my combo coz I lagged so bad lol
