When will NCSOFT fix the disconnected and combat lag skills?

I've been playing BNS for a while and really enjoy it. However, the combat lag and repeatedly disconnected to the server kill all the fun of the game. I've try to fix it on my own based on BNS forums and turn my game graphics to as low as I can but it's still not helping at all. Anyone have any idea when will these errors be fixed? Or NCsoft will just let it like that? =_=

I've got 1 lag and 1 dc in like a month. I don't think it's their issue.
