Patching Error

Hello, I've decided to try the game again after not playing for a long time and I can't seem to finish patching the game. I've done a 100% repair on it but I keep getting an E02018 error on the file chungkakdan_d.umap.z01.

My wife has a similar problem. Only one file of 9.8 MB left to be updated (no idea which name), but it always fails. I wanted to try downloading the patcher fresh and if that does not work contact support. -_-'
