1) i play this game from 1 cbt. and dont understand why is so pathetic skill translate or to slow work ?

Lightning Focus - Decreases the cooldown of Flaming Scourge by 9 sec on using (Storm Cleave) in game the se some as (Shocking Slash) wtf ?

2) Addition i see Wl buff reset all skils on onther clasess, exeple on BM full reset of Lighting Draw

Then why on Blade Dancer - C (Lighting Draw) and Z (Flaming Scourge) don't reset ?

1/ Better off to bnstree for skill description. NCWest is bad with their coding that makes their translation strings a mess.

2/ Some skills that has "Unable to reset Cooldown" won't be reseted by Soulburn.

yep know but on bm lightind drow reset, then why on BD not ?

Cuz NCSoft designs it like that. BD always have the problem to not be able to enter draw stance as easy as BM.

Not sure what do you mean since BD has two skills which allows them to get into draw stance. Also sometimes it is possible to keep draw stance up longer if the other skill's cd is over and you haven't run out of focus before that.

Unlike BM who have seperate skill set for Basic Stance and Draw Stance, many skills of BD forces you to change from Draw Stance to Basic Stance. If you go into Draw Stance, you have limited access to iframe skills and utility skills, which will force-change your stance to Basic Stance, thus you lose your DPS if you don't have Storm Cleave as a second Draw Stance entering skill, or have but already used too. All you can do is spam Sunder+Typhoon, waiting for Lightning Draw to off cooldown.

Take Five Point Strike, for example. BD will have to change stance to iframe with it, while BM can still in draw stance.

Traiting Storm Cleave allows second access to Draw Stance and can be reseted, but it will make you lose an iframe-life drain skill, or a pull-daze skill.

It's possible to make your Draw Stance uptime a lot longer, as long as you prepare your own focus generation, get lucky with your focus generation procs, or get more from other class skills, such as Destroyer's Grab, another BD's Phantom Grip or Summoner's Focus heal.

In future, BD will have their Five Point Strike changes to Draw Stance, if you trait for it.

It depends the build you are using actually. BDs still have 3-4 iframes in draw stance that doesn't make us exit the stance. Double stun doesn't remove draw stance either. I will be thrilled to see how the Five Point Strike will change things for my BD.
