Enter Pin Screen Freezes

Hello, I just recently Re Downloaded BNS, but every time i reach the page to enter my pin number, the screen would lag and then my whole computer screen goes black for 1sec, it does this two times before the game either freezes or it gives my computer the blue screen of death and have to shut off, I have played this game a couple months ago and it worked fine. Does anyone have a solution or have encountered the same problem as this?
