Why is my AP 390?

I know that in arena they change everyone's stats to make it 'even' however my AP is always 390 and I don't know why. Out of arena my AP is 442, my friend is 462AP out of arena and the exact same in arena. In fact, looking at everybody in arena no matter the level, they all have AP over 400 and I'm the only one who drops down to 390 even though my AP has increased. I'm wondering if I've missed something. If it helps I am a Warlock and my friend is a Summoner. Other people I have looked at have all been varying classes, no Warlocks since I barely see them.

The all 'have 390'. Idk what happens when you inspect others in arena, maybe then you still see their real gear values. Does not change that its actually balanced. If they where to inspect themselves they would also see 390. If they inspect you 4xx, or whatever.

When my friend looks at his own he doesn't see 390, he sees his actual AP

Everyone has the same 390 ap in arena.  I would be very surprised if he actually shows something other than 390.
