THIS BUG MAKES ME WANT TO KILL MYSELF

I was in the hongmoon school then I get invited to a party and I realise that I can't chat in the party, clan, faction, region I quested alot to the point where it is not about the area this bug I cant even communicate with my friends, dungeon parties, No one I need a fix Bad guys please

Try turning off your firewall maybe ? I: Dunno sorry, but usually that cause the problem
Or you can try sending a ticket.

Sometimes chat gets bugged, if you go to character selection screen and then back into the game it usually fixes it.

It doesnt happen all the time but randomly.

I tried to turn off anti virus and the firewall but I also tried to log out and log in character selection and that not working.. I need help guys I cant communicate with anybody I am so lucky it didnt get whisper or say then I would be ****ed

I turned my firewalls down and the chat works again.
