driver display stopped responding and has recovered

This constantly happens when ever I log in. The game just crashes and giving my computer a hard time to respond. Some time my screen goes black after the game crashes. After that it says "driver display stopped responding and has recovered" in my screen. Blade and Soul is the only game that has this kind of problem, playing other games are fine. I did send a ticket before but the GMs are a no help and utterly useless.

Do you have an overclocked video card?

Did you try re-installing your video drivers?

Did you check if maybe your video card is full of dust and overheating?

I did tried blowing off all the dust with an air compressor and worked. It started happening again after updated the game for the Shadow of the Innocence patch.

I have a GTX 970 and this happens to me pretty often as well. I've come to just accept it as it is. Made many clean installs already and only happens with this game. No overheating,  no overclocking, doesn't even go above 75C. CPU not messed with either, every hardware at default settings. Never happens to any other game but blade and soul. Sometimes it seems like its fine, but sooner or later it comes back.

Tell me about it. I submitted a ticket about it and the GMs was giving me the run around. Is there any solution?
