300 retrieved secret technique

So after 100 years of playing i finally got 300  pages and went to buy the vol 1 hm book. After using it i got achievement unlocked for hm decoy, but found out right away that i unlocked hm decoy tier 5, stage 3. Is it suppose to be like this...? Was hoping to unlock stage 1...

You get Stage 1/2 unlock from "The Lost Hongmoon Secret Technique - Volume 2". You need Chapter 1 from 4-man Avalanche Den and Chapter 2 from 4-man Awakened Necropolis and combine them.

I see. Well, the new hm skill from wednesday is different but the rest seems ok for me. However, for the asked question it was correct. ;D
