Support not working

Is anybody else not able to get onto the support site? It just says "check back in a few minutes" so idk what to do. (when i try to submit a ticket it says this)

I've been having the same problem for days now.

When i click on "submit ticket" it keeps redirecting me to my account page: https://account.ncsoft.com/settings/index

Hello Phoenix, and thanks for the prompt reply, i've tried that too but i haven't gotten any reply so far. It's been more than a week at least. But i shall try again.

so what exactly should i do because every time i try to submit a ticket it gives me a page saying something went wrong, please try again in a few minutes

My first post was for you. Please refresh your browser and try again or use the address I provided to email Support directly if the refresh does not work.

 

Please be patient, tickets will be answered. Bumping them will only delay the response.

and i did reply, but got not reply back thus why i had to ask again

When I was prompted to the account settings, I logged in and went back to the same page, 

 

Clicked on "Submit a Ticket" again and it worked.

 

Maybe an authentication issue?
