Inferior HM Skills

So I finally purchase the inferior VOl2 skill form Cold storage. I used the scroll and want to sepc into it but I can't. I check the achivement and you need to use inferior 10 times on 3 different boss which I did. Am I missing something?

I think you do miss something but really was long time ago can't remember what.

Check your quest list maybe you forgot to talk with someone or something similar

and be sure you got achievement

Did you get the hits before or after using the scroll?

I just checked and i think the bosses change according to your lvl, so check again which bosses you need. 

 

have you completed the mission that makes you go from mushing tower to blackram supply chain vendor like 2 twice then do stuf i dont remeber? if you dont complete it you cant spec
