I can't seem to log in

I have another account that I couldn't log into

I am able to log into this one just fine and my email for the other didn't notify me of any strange changes

I am able to log into this one and play BnS just fine but the other will only let me past the the email and password entry 

I am unable to put in my pin and play the game no matter how many times i change it
