You kidding, right? Misty Woods Necklace is from Misty Woods faction area. There's no F8 for it and no other way to get that necklace, not even Marketplace.

 

I'd love to help but I'm not in the same server group as you. :/ Anyway, good luck, that one was a pain to me too.
