Summer boxes not receiving

I recently purchased 2 Summer boxes but didnt receive any in my receive items. Any other player experienced this?

Try looking through the other pages, it might have end up in between your other received items.

Hi, check how many items are there in your mailbox. I had mine over 112 (indicated 112+). Thus when I purchased anything it didn't show up. I had to clear up my mailbox, received some of them so they will be less than 112. After that, then only the purchased items showed up.
